Job Title : Marketing Intern

Direct Reporting Line: Tiffany/ Elaine
Department: Loyalty Marketing
Division: Accor Greater China


Main Responsibilities

1.Assist to manage loyalty communication channels for website, member EDM/Ecard, SNS, including content planning, offer translation, system loading etc.
2.Assist to analyze and summarize loyalty marketing data and complete monthly report
3.Coordinate with hotel for loyalty marketing issues.
4.Member service for general inquires and complaints.
5.Finance process assistance for payment and budget filing etc.
6.Other admin tasks required by management.

Main requirements

1. Skilled English speaking and writing
2. Strong logical thinking
3. Strong communication skills
4. Skilled use of MS office
5. At least 4 working days per week guaranteed, Perfer 5 days per week


Take other responsibilities according to the Management requirement. He /She can be called upon for consultation or for assistance in any other Accor properties.
