职位描述
?Master degree preferred, major in electrical engineering, automation or similar.
?Minimum 5 years working experience from manufacturing of electrical and mechanical components.
?Have knowledge in procurement interface coordination between engineering, procurement
?Have knowledge in full procurement process flow including, purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics control etc.
?Understanding purchase terms and conditions.
?Norm and classification knowledge
?Quality assurance experience.
?Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; good PC skills.
?High initiative with strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
