职位描述
岗位要求:
1. 工业设计行业销售工作经验优先考虑,其他相关专业(如结构,设备等)销售经验也可考虑;
2. 3年以上相关行业销售经验;
3. 本科以上学历,理工科专业背景;
4. 年龄不超过35周岁,能够经常出差;
5. 工作踏实勤奋,态度认真负责;
6. 善于组织和管理时间,合理有效地安排工作;
7. 善于与客户沟通交流,具备将客户的想法转化为销售思路的能力;
8. 有干劲,有冲劲,具备对既定目标永不放弃的精神;
9. 较好的英语阅读和书写能力;
Key Areas of Contribution
· Major contribution to the companies revenue and income in line with its growth strategies in the Process and Power industry, if possible Marine industry also.
· Growth of sales for existing accounts .
· Capability to develop new opportunities and prospects and convert them into new sales / accounts.
· Strong self –learning capability to understand new technology from internal training & customer presentation; then conclusion how to sell solution to region accounts.
· Strong customer relationship development and maintenance
Specific Accountabilities:
Selling of integrated engineering solutions throughout the life cycle to Engineering / Construction companies ( EPC) and Owner / Operator organizations and support for solution production;
Understand Customer request and knowledge about Intergraph solutions then analysis logically how they applied beneficial to customer businesses from engineering;
Write proposal with the help of consulting and supervisor;
Be leader to work with limited supervision according to agreed account strategies
Engages business consultants and technical people effectively in the sales process until win account;
Help project manager to have project implement plan and schedule to ensure project goes excellent in production;
Met / exceed sales targets for assigned sales Region
Qualifications
Education and Experience
· About 5 years experience as an account manager in the Process & Power and Marine industry with a solutions provider similar to Intergraph ( examples : DCS systems , Supply Chain solutions , Content management solutions , Engineering Information / knowledge management solutions , Facilities Maintenance systems , Asset Performance Management systems , etc )
· Show a track record of successful solution selling in the Process and / or Power / or Marine industry. ( Creation of major deals including structuring of contracts )
· Understands and applied selling techniques to senior management level
· Familiar with long sales cycle requirements and approaches and applied successfully
· Understand the Process and / or Power / or Marine industry and its market in Mainland China
