Financial Controller
Cachet Hotel Group (http://cachethotelgroup.com/ ) is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax functions for a Joint Venture company that it is establishing in Qingdao, Shandong Province. It is a unique and exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly developing luxury and lifestyle hotel and restaurant group.
Responsibilities:
Providing overall bookkeeping support, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax functions for the business
Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
Preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet
Ensuring that appropriate systems are implemented and maintained
Maintain files and records for financial reporting
Handle taxation and company secretarial matters of the PRC subsidiary
Assist with human resources functions

Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting and Qualified Accountant under CICPA or equivalent
Over 5 years working experience in accounting / bookkeeping
Sound knowledge of PRC accounting standards and other statutory requirements
Well-organized, analytical with good business acumen and ability to meet tight deadlines
Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
Great attitude and work ethic; adaptable
