Profit, located in Belgium (Erembodegem) and China (Qingdao), is active in the fire protection market. Our core business consists in the purchase and distribution of groove couplings, fittings and other related products.

Profit is a young enterprise growing fast. Therefore we want to extend our team with a:

PRODUCT MANAGER with a plus

Profile Description:
You have a Bachelor Technical Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the Fire Protection Market. You are fluent multilingual: English and Chinese. Any other extra language (Polish, Spanish, Italian, German…) is a plus. Your knowledge of Office package and Outlook is excellent.
Your are passionate by technology and products. You are able to assimilate huge amounts of information (feedback clients, market feedback, technical information, research reports, market trends & statistics) and convert it into actions. You are analytical and thus able to investigate and select products for our organization. You know how to sell the product to the market.
You are responsible for the daily management of the technical aspects -quality control management, warehouse management, technical information management, …- within our company. You have proven people management and organizational skills.
You are a team player, able to communicate with different parties.
We expect a high level of accuracy, a positive attitude and a problem solving mentality. You have a critical mindset and can add value by taking initiative.
You do not mind travelling frequently. It will be necessary to commute between China and Belgium.

Job Description
You will work in a small but dynamic team based in Qingdao (China) and Erembodegem (Belgium). You are the technical fire protection expert of Profit and will become our Operations Manager.
- Follow up market trends (products & technologies)
- Extension of product range and/or markets
- Quality Control management
- Lab management
- Warehouse management
- Internal technical advisor
- Responsible for certifications
- Responsible for technical data sheets
- Responsible for packaging and labelling
- Contact with supplier(s)

您负责公司日常技术方面的质量控制管理，仓库管理，技术信息管理等等。您的管理和组织能力在其它地方显示过。
您是一个团队主义者，能够与不同人沟通。

您不介意经常出差，在中国和比利时两国间经常往返是必要的。
