Import/Export Operator

Job Location: Qingdao, Hetao Export Processing Zone

Working hours: Part-time, two days a week.

Reports to: Operation Manager

Profile Description:

? You have a college degree or above and minimum 2 years working experience in logistics and import/export business.
? You know the import and export procedures.
? You are able to work independently and you have a disciplined approach to problem solving.
? Knowledge of computer applications, such as Outlook, word and excel are a must.
? Knowledge of written en oral English.
? You are able to work effectively with different levels of individuals and groups (both in English and Chinese).

Job Description:

This position is responsible for import/export and logistic service of Qingdao Profit Logistic.

Key Activities:

? Communication with customs agent at Export Processing zone.
? Communication with different forwarders.
? Arrange booking of containers.
? Administrative work: preparing import/export documents; follow up tax refund procedures; make and follow up container track document; follow up custom documents; keep track and analyze import/export data of warehouse.
? Follow up transport rates.
? Perform other duties when required.

? 优秀的MS office,包括Word，Excel和Outlook能力。
? 良好的英语书写能力，口语优秀者更佳。
? 与各个个人和小组有效合作（包括中文英文）。


工作描述

这个职位负责青岛普特物流有限公司的进出口所有相关的工作。

主要任务：
? 与出口加工区报关代理通信。
? 与不同的货运代理公司通信。
? 安排预订集装箱。
? 行政工作：准备进口出口文件；后续退税手续；制定和跟进集装箱跟踪文件；后续海关文件；跟踪和分析仓库进出口数据。
? 后续运输费率。
? 在需要时执行其它职责。
