Accountable / Key purpose: The change manager will ensure that all aspects of oranizational change related to the SAP deployment are effectively and efficiently anticipated and resolved to ensure minimum disruption from the deployment. The incumbent will use the global change management approach and work closely with the local site, deployment lead and system integrator to optimize the SAP deployment at the site. RB us s a template deployment approach “adopt the template, adapt the organization” so change management is key to success.

Responsibilities:
?Full accountability for the all change management related activities and decisions at Shangma site.
?Coach, mentor and advisor to both local site and deployment team (system integrator) on all change management activities.
?Drive site communication approach for the project to maximise engagement with the deployment and ensure all project milestones are widely communicated. Capture site feedback and ensure both site leadership and deployment team are aware of any negative impacts to allow mitigation
?Accurate identification of impacts of change, prioritisation of impacts, identification of action plans with site team and tracking of completion of actions.
?Support the benefits capture and tracking process at site and ensure that local site team engage with delivery and tracking of benefits
?Partner closely with the deployment lead to deliver all SAP training as this is a key component of adoption of the SAP template at site. Ensure that training needs are accurately identified and the necessary training interventions provided by deployments team.
?Coach Super User group as the carry out key responsibilities (communication, impacts of change, role mapping, training, UAT, cut over). Provide a feedback mechanism between SU and deployment team
?Weekly progress reporting to wider manufacturing project team and people readiness lead.

Key Skills:
The Change Manager / lead must have a proven track record of delivering large scale change projects related to system changes in manufacturing environments.
Therefore the incumbent will be an expert (go to person) on change management approaches , tools and techniques including overcoming resistance to change.
Rapidly builds strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and able to support others to resolve conflicts relating to the project.

It is assumed that an individual in this role is willing and able to travel internationally, if required.
The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English; therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in local language(s) advantageous.

Experience Required:
-Demonstrable large scale change management expertise
-Experience of change management within FMCG manufacturing
-Experience of SAP / ERP deployment
