职位描述
Overview:
Coordinate various compensation related activities with the objective of ensure the organisation's payroll is processed accurately and on time within the HR policies ,procedures and related labor law.
Planning and Budgeting
Draft and prepare annual compensation budget, monthly forcast and accrual.
in order to assist C&B supervisor inn annual planning and budgeting.
Compensation and Benefit
(i) Processes the organisation's payroll,social insurance,housing fund accurately and timely.
(ii) Prepare labor cost report & other payroll related report.
(iii) Maintain payroll system, assist in payroll system upgrade, insure that payroll system keep running smoothly.
(iv)Assist to update c&b policy according to Market Total Remuneration Survey & Company Performance
in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of compensation related information and all practice in line with government requirement
Compliance
Identify the potential non-compliance issues, propose the improvement suggestions, revise internal payroll control process.
Monitor & check related C&b activities regularly to make sure aligne with law and company policy
in order to comply with the relevant legal, customer and corporate requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree and above
Major in Human Resource Management or Administration Management or Business Management or English
Good command of English skill, CET band 6 or above will be a plus
2+ years payroll related experiences
Good excel skill
Responsibility, Integrity, Patience,Good communication skill,Problem Solving,Time Management
