Job Description：
Drive day to day operation excellence for Qingdao factory.
全面负责青岛即墨工厂的运营管理以达到最优；
Optimize the procedures and process to improve the quality and efficiency of the production capability.
努力通过工艺和流程的优化不断提升产能和质量。
Direct and coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities for both PSM and PET units.
指导协调工厂生产安装流程及发货事宜。
Ensure that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets，develop talents for business growth in a long run.
确保物料, 人员及设备配备满足生产要求, 培养发展人才以满足业务的长期发展。
Control and reduce production cost while improving production efficiency through training programs and process improvement etc.
通过对员工进行培训以及工艺的改进等来达到控制和减少生产成本，提高产品效率。
Develop and execute facilities to ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment.
发展及改进工厂设施以保证一个安全整洁有效的生产环境。
Other duties and reports as required.

Qualification Requirements / Degrees:
Above 10 years manufacturing experience in multinational companies with a minimum of 8 years at a management level, knowledge of lean and value chain.
10年以上生产公司经验, 至少8年管理工作经验, 熟悉精益生产和价值流的管理等相关管理经验。
Able to lead cross-functional project teams across the organization, Six Sigma experience is a plus.
有能力领导组织内不同的项目小组工作，有六西格玛经验者为佳。
General understanding of processes related to PET production or/and mechanic assembly, machining and mechanical design.
了解PET的生产工艺或/以及机加工,机械安装及机械设计。
Experience and knowledge in AutoCAD and ERP/MRP systems is a plus
熟悉CAD及相关ERP/MRP生产软件。
Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering field preferred.
