职位描述
Purpose of the Position
Manage and direct the Human Resources strategies, activities and personnel. Develop and implement HR plan, programs, policies and procedures in alignment with the overall business strategy of KCET.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
· Develop, maintain and timely implement the HR plan
· Ensure that all HR and people process/tools are understood and completed
· Recruit and maintain a highly professional, motivated, qualified and supportive HR team
· Administer and interpret HR policy and procedures
· Maintain knowledge of legal and government regulations and requirements affecting human resources functions
· Develop and implement HR programs to meet changing business needs
· Recruit, develop and retain the quality and quantity of resources needed for the KCET operations
· Develop and implement compensation programs
· Manage salary reviews
· Establish and maintain external relationships with relevant regulatory, government bodies and labour agencies
· Facilitate effective communication between employees and management
· Identify training and development needs and plan training activities
· Lead and facilitate employee performance management
· Manage employee domestic and international assignment agreements
Education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes needed for the position
Education / Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Human Resources management, or equivalent formal education
· Minimum 10 years broad experience in the field of HR
· Experience in an international company
Knowledge:
· Knowledge of the full scope of human resources activities, both operational and analytical
· Knowledge of applicable laws/regulations related to human resources functions
· Basic knowledge of business operations, commercial and financial principles
Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Analytical, planning, prioritizing, problem solving and decision making skills
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
· Computer skills including spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Word processing
Abilities:
· Able to lead, direct, motivate and empower staff in the HR team
· Able to effectively interface with diverse groups
· Able to deal with ambiguous and ill-defined situations and one-to-one confidential issues
· Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attend to details
· Able to prioritize, plan and schedule activities to achieve short and long term objectives
· Able to work under pressure, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
· Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
· Is willing to travel and work longer/irregular hours
