Responsabilities：
1) Responsible for overall financial management of the plant
2) Responsible for general accounting, reporting, budgeting (X+1/X+3), financial analysis, standard cost establishment and costing controlling, CAPEX control, internal control and other related functions.
3) Coordinate with Corporate funtion to supervises the company’s tax, treasury, credit management, risk management etc.
4) Is the coach and build up/develop the team profession/capacity to support the business development.

Your profile ：
1 Controlling
1）. Be the business partner to provide in-depth analysis and actions to support the operation / commercial function and improve the operation effectiveness and efficiency.
2）. Periodically analyses the business results, including a special focus on problem areas. Proposes critical actions to the management in order to assist them in their decision making process and enable them to take corrective actions.
3）. Ensures the implementation of adequate control systems for all critical activities of the plant, including costing controlling.
4）. Follows up regular audits in order to ensure the correct implementation of the defined policies and procedures for all aspects related to internal control.
5）. Develops, implements and maintains financial systems and procedures to be able to provide the best tools to the management of the company i.e. development and set-up of standard cost price system, A/R follow-up system etc.
6）. Undertake CAPEX control and prepare business plan to support business development
7）. Coordinate with Corporate function on Credit management control & risk management
8) . Undertake Working Capital control

2 Reporting & budgeting
1). Ensures accurate and timely reporting of statutory and Bekaert financial statements.
2) Organizes the financial planning and budgeting process (X+1, X+3, M+3).

3 Cashflow management
Well coordinates with Corporate, supervises cash flow and collection, be responsible for cash management Well so as to achieve synergy and delivery of all key performance indicators and to ensure the liquidity of the company

4 Tax
Work with BMC tax management team to finalize tax related report.

5 SAP implementation
Implement SAP FI/CO successfully, ensure finance software to run smoothly

6 Leadership
1)Building up a professional and high efficiency team
2)Act as a business partener and work with depertment managers to improve plant profitability and productivity

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree on relevant background, ACCA/CMA/CICPA is highly preferred.
2. In-depth understanding of manufacturing process and product costing
3.+2 years in plant control or other financial management position.
4. Have strong skills in analysis and synthesis, quick grasping power, ability to reason logically.
5. Initiative, integrity, open minded and proactive, mainly open to adjust to changing work environment, key team player.
6. Good communication and problem solving skills.
7. Good at written and spoken English
8. Proficient knowledge of MS software - MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
9. Proficient knowledge of local Chinese ERP software (eg UF)
10. Profession in SAP and implementation SAP experience
