RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Assist EHS Mgr to work out annual EHS budget and control cost within budget.

·Paticipant annual H&S risk assessment, follow up risk reduction or mitigation plan, especially for MG and electricity to reduce and eliminate body injury.

·Participant and instruct operations to conduct and refresh the JSA and JSI.

·Deliver required EHS training to new operators.

·Assist all kinds of interal H&S audits and inspections. Such as layered audits, SW, PMSO and operators safety observation, follow up the action plan and strive to closure on schedule.

·Report all kinds of accidents, participant and assist investigation.

·Instruct operation following the HW treatment procedure to source qualified vendor to ensure outside treatment in compliance with legal requirements.

·Work with operations to make plan and monitor the implementation of waste and energy reduction to achieve set targets.

·Build up best practices (Dos&don’ts) and deliver documents and instruct operations to follow.

·Supervise special equipments and sepecial job opeartors’ certification valid.

·Control contractor work inside FMDS following our EHS requirements, such as the PTW system.

·Collect EHS performance data and statistics; prepare montly report timely and accurately.

·Liasion with external agency such as EPB, safety supervison bureau, CDC and work injury insurance etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor of Science degree in the area of EHS

·3 years above of EHS experience with knowledge of EHS regulations in Foreign or JV Company.

·Demonstrated experience in the application of EHS management systems.

·Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office products.

·Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.

·Be familiar with OHSAS18001、ISO14001 system.Certification of related area.
