职位概述

Perform basic hematology and body fluid tests. Specimen collection (capillary blood), receive, registration and process for testing. Office work as assigned.执行血液和体液检查，负责实验标本采集（毛细血管血）、接收、注册流程，以及完成所分配的其它工作。

岗位职责

1. Monitor and perform specimen collection (capillary blood), identification, registration, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.
保证分析前标本质量，监控并负责标本的采集（毛细血管血）、识别、注册、贮存和处理。

2. Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.
按照规定程序准备试剂、标准品和控制品。

3. Performs tests and sample analysis in assigned areas.
在分配的领域执行检测和样本分析。

4. Check test results prior to update.
在审核结果前仔细检查实验结果。

5. Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and reports to the supervisor.
为保证仪器、试剂和程序的准确性完成质量控制检测。识别仪器故障和超出质控范围的检测结果，采取正确的处理措施并汇报给上级主管。

6. Answers basic questions of physicians and nurses concerning specimen collection.
解答医生和护士提出的关于标本收集的基本问题。

7. Participates in education class and continuing education.
参与培训课程和继续教育。

8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
完成所分配的各项工作任务。

1. Education certificate on clinical laboratory technique from professional medical school/college.
有专业医学院校的临床实验室技术学习证书。

2. Knowledge of testing, instruments and quality control measures on working area.
具备测试、仪器操作的知识和工作领域质量控制的措施。

3. Understands and enforces safety regulations.
了解并执行安全规定。

4. Good knowledge on basic computer use
具备良好的电脑操作能力。
