岗位职责

Primary Duties-
基本职责
Make a schedule of preventive maintenance, calibration and inspection check for each medical equipment in charge.
制定所有负责医疗设备的保养、计量、检查计划。
Coordinating the user’s training of medical equipments.
联系和组织设备的使用培训
Instruct clinical department in basic operating and daily maintenance.
指导临床科室设备基本操作和日常维护
Be responsible for doing the preventive maintenance for the item based on internal maintenance.
对需要院内保养，检查的设备实施保养，检查。
Arrange qualified supplier to complete the preventive maintenance, calibration and inspection for the equipments on schedule; And responsible for quality acceptance.
按照计划安排和接洽合格的供应商完成相关医疗设备的保养，计量和质量验收。
Responsible for incoming inspection for every incoming medical equipment.
验收新进的医疗设备。
Responsibly for the repairing requirements of medical equipments, and if need , contact and order the service supplier for service and spare parts supply.
负责院内医疗设备的修理。在需要时,接洽供应商订购配件及维修服务
Update and Maintain fix asset database for medical equipment.
更新和维护医疗设备固定资产数据库
Update and file the document of medical equipments including the original guaranty ,operation& service manual, installation ,Preventive maintenance, inspection and repairing Log etc
更新并管理医疗设备档案， 包括维修合同，使用及维护手册，安装，保养，计量，维修记录等
Make a summary of service Log and part usage regularly. Make a frequently-used part inventory.
定期总结医疗设备故障和备件消耗情况，制订消耗性备件库存计划。
Responsible for verifying potential recall medical equipment and process the recall issue.
负责相关医疗设备的召回确认检查和召回。
Be responsible for emergent call to solve the urgent problems of medical equipments in time during unworking hours.
非工作日时，待命紧急设备故障，及时到场解决。
Other Duties Performed

Assist the manager to handle medical equipment management issue
协助经理完成医疗设备管理工作

Minimum Education Requirement
学历要求
Bachelors degree, major in Bioengineer or Electronic Engineering ,
生物医学工程或电器工程专业大学本科以上
biomedical engineering would be valued
生物医学工程专业最佳
Minimum Experience Requirement
工作经验要求-
At least there years experience in repairing, maintaining and installing the medical equipments
至少三年维修，保养，安装医疗设备的经验
Experience in hospital would be valued.
