Main Responsibilities:

1. Do incoming inspection for parts purchased from suppliers according to Edwards Working inspection/control plan and make relative inspection report in system or by hardcopy.

2. Handling the failure parts including pasting NG label on the goods, segregate them, inform relative people and report to quality engineer or/and quality manager.

3. Give support to supplier quality engineers for WI making and failure parts analysis

4. Audit Machined parts at Edwards Qingdao machining shop floor

5. Check the cause code of NCM parts with machinists

6. Check the inspection result of machined parts with machinist and advise next action

7. Report to Machining Quality engineer which audit report and action

8. Make some check sheet when it need or by requested

9. Find out potential problem before take big issue

10. Inspect of prove-out by CMM and Manual with technicians.

11. Patrolling in machining shop for sampling inspection and NCM checking of machined parts

Requirements:

· Graduated from colleague or technical school

· Inspection knowledge of incoming inspection such sample method, sample plan, etc.

· Basic knowledge of material, such as Iron&aluminium casting parts, standard parts, etc

· Inspection skills necessary to checking for casting parts, machining part and standard parts

· Good sense for find out problem root.

· Faithful work with co-workers.

· Good relations with people also especially machining machinists and team leaders.

· Handling and managing knowledge both in CMM and measuring equipments for machine shop.

· Good knowledge of GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance) and industrial standards

· Computer skills(Microsoft Word, Excel)
