Job Requirements:

• Follow government approval process on time to meet with project plan, eliminate legal risk
• Design align with operation needs, also compliance with local code
• Plan and manage project activities and control of expenditure in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales
• Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for Health and Safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
• To implement Company’s Environment, Health and Safety Policy are achieved in the areas that are under direct control.

Detailed Understanding:

• Cover all government approval process: project approval, FSR, EIA, EA, land license, planning permit, bidding, construction permit, commissioning, power, utility connections etc
• Engineering design: structure, electrical, HAVC, lighting, fire, water and engineering approval
• Operation understanding: manufacture process, material flow, utility/environment requirement
• assess the impact of new project for safety and environment, understand the safety risk of construction and operation, include the environment and hazard mitigation
• Mechanical manufacture related new/expansion project
• Basic English capability for communication and writing.

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing company
• Worked in a WOFE with manufacture building over 6,000m2
• Manage a number of projects involving other disciplines and typically lasting more than 2-3 months
• Follow government permits/approval
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
• Working knowledge and experience of Health & Safety legislation
