主要工作描述：
1. 参与新产品的设计和开发，跟踪实验阶段制造过程中的工艺参数；
2. 优化现有制造工程中存在的化工工艺问题，如新塑料，添加剂等材料的研究与开发；
3. 参与新产品，新材料，新工艺的制造过程认证，协调供应商，全球RD等资源解决制造工程中发现的问题；
4. 现有所以产品BOM的确认，更新，参与编写新产品BOM；
5. 协助完成现有产品制造过程中与化工工艺相关的SOP，PFMEA，control plan的项目；
6. 评价现有工艺的关键控制参数，实验计划设计，对实验的数据进行有效的分析（SPC），并进行针对性的改善；
7. 了解产品的客户要求，处理与化工工艺相关的客户投诉；
8. 负责针对操作者的化工工艺基础培训，确保SOP，control plan的有效执行；
任职资格：
1、适应英文工作环境，良好的英文读写说能力；
2、全日制大学以上学历，化工相关专业；
3、熟悉相关工艺流程和工艺参数；
4、熟悉6sigma、kaizen、tpm、qc工具等；
5、8-10年相关工作经验，对产品试验进行检测、分析；
6、良好的发现和解决问题能力及与相关部门沟通的能力；
7、熟练操作计算机office系统。
Brief Job Description

? Design & Development of new products in association with Global Technical Resources.
? Frequent interactive session to motivate and train line organization to achieve functional excellence.
? Troubleshoot process and quality issues.
? De- bottle necking process to improve productivity, uptime, FPFQY, By optimizing the process conditions.
? Conducting Qualification of new products ,including raw material, resolving quality issues with new products, And making necessary Technical reports.
? Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements through organization and represent customer requirement (need) to the organization.
? Assess the Supplier capability for new material qualification to meet customer specification and follow up those requirements, which cannot be met.
? Initiate NPDR-New Product Development Request and NPPTA-New Product & Process Trial Test Authorization process to evaluate and approve raw materials and process modification.
? Lead and manage capital project as team member or leader.
? Leverage global network to improve /upgrade process and product quality.
? Track and report developmental activity program and metrics.
? Develop SOP and SOC for new process, review and upgrade existing SOP’s and SOC’s for process improvements.
? Statistical analysis of process and product data for quality and Cost improvement.
? Maintain Or ensuring the standard BOM for various product and quarterly BOM review with BOM/CSR leader .
? Work closely with leadership functional leaders and other Plant teams and networks
? Customer complaint handling involving Technical issue related to product properties.
? Working as interface between all other departments and functions.
? Maintain ISO 9001,Internal Quality System documentation and other documentation as required.
? Evaluate Voice of Customer (through Customer Surveys, Customer Visits/Audits and translate them to visible process/product quality improvements)
? Check the effectiveness of SOP’s related to production & quality.
? Manage Quality System Audits for Products such as Intertek by 3rd Party Auditors.
? Train Shop Floor personnel on new processes, procedures.
? Evaluate New Technology.
? Understanding and Good know how on Sales & Release Specifications for Finished Product.
? Manage activities in coordination with local Technical/quality Lab (Work closely with Sales/marketing team to New Product Development, Product Analysis etc.)
Qualification
Education Qualification & Years of Experience required (Minimum Requirement) : BE/B.TECH/B.S in Polymer or Plastics /Chemical Engineering & from the relevant process background.
Total Experience in years :- 08 to 10 Yrs out of which Four to five in relevant Process and Position.
Minimum Skills Required: - Must Have
? Knowledge on Polymer/Plastic processing mainly Extrusion and Different polymer processing technique used by suppliers.
? Able to interpret and do Polymer Material Failure Analysis.
? Knowledge and hands on experience on different plastic testing equipment’s, Tests and Testing Standards.
? Knowledge on the up-stream and downstream Extrusion Equipment.
? Good communication skills in English (Written & Spoken).
? Computer knowledge (MS Office, Power Point).
? Well Awareness of ISO 9001
? Statistical Technique on data analysis.
? Good Decision making skill & problem solving skills.
? Exposure to ERP environment,
? Ability to converse fluently in English and prepare reports independently in English.
? Able to work with different supplier and parties and possess strong network skills.
? Should have dealt directly with Customer to resolve Quality Issues.
? Proven leadership skills in Process Trials & project management.
? Must exhibit efficiency, candor, and openness and results oriented..
? Willingness to travel if required for conducting trials at Suppliers Plant.
? Good Presentation skills.
? Creative and strong conceptual thinking
