Job Description: Supplier Quality Engineer
Support Quality Manager to establish and implement the rule/method/process of supplier quality control, drive continuous improvement in supplier quality management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Experience of 3 or more years in supplier development/management
- Plastic background is preferred.
- Good capability in Problem solving. Experience in problem solving tools- 8D etc.
- Good communication/coordination skills.
- Good Microsoft office skills
- English speaking & Writing advantageous
Responsibilities
? Reduce 100% inspection and drive to AQL level inspection
? Confirm nonconformity materials with QC team to define select, accept, scrap or return etc.
? Issue NCR to supplier
? Follow feedback of NCRs
? Drive corrective and preventive actions with suppliers for problem solving
? Supplier visit for problem solving and periodically audit
? Support new project development by communicating with supplier for samples inspection and quality improvement
? Support QC team for samples validation
? Document management for supplier quality control on Intranet
