现招聘木头&床类家具组QC主管岗位，需驻厂（青岛平度）

Responsibilities:
1. Work as a QC supervisor to assist QA manager to manage QC team and lead the small team to achieve SISL standard process in Furniture Origin( conduct in-line and final product quality assurance, control and inspection based on customers' quality requirement.)
2.Product quality training for QC and suppliers, prevent and improve quality problem
3.Analyse the root cause of abnormal quality problem, compile CAR
4.Count and analyse quality problem
5.Evaluate QC daily work and performance

Requirements：
-At least 5 years experience of quality engineering, quality assurance, control and inspection in furniture
-Familiar with the manufacturing process and quality standards of wood/panel furniture
-Have strong quality problem judgement, analyses and solving skills
-Proficiency in using MS office( word, excel, outlook, power point, etc.)
-Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
-Loyal and honest, good communication skills, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated
-Well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking -Can work under pressure.
