圣戈班中硝安全玻璃（青岛）有限公司成立于2011年6月，占地总面积达50000平方米，建筑面积36000平米，计划投资4.3亿人民币。项目建成后共有4条流水线，年产150万套汽车玻璃。公司目前的主要产品有汽车前挡风玻璃、后挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃，面向北京现代、长城等多家知名汽车品牌供应安全玻璃。

  Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• 
  协助QC主管管理QC团队的日常工作，及与各部分之间的沟通配合。Support QC supervisor for the management of QC team daily work, communication & cooperation with other team


• 
  组织实施过程, 原料，半成品以及最终产品的质量审核及相关试验, 定期评价分析，提供改进建议。Organize the audit of process, raw materials, and semi-products and finished products, analysis the audit results and work out proposal for improvement at certain frequency.


• 
  组织记载和保存规定的检验和试验记录，对所提供的检验数据的准确性和可靠性进行评估、核实。Maintain the inspection and test records, evaluate and confirm the accuracy and reliabilities of inspection data


• 
  组织实施产品审核，定期评价分析，提供改进建议。Coordinate the product audit, analysis the audit results and provide proposal for improvement at certain frequency.


• 
  通过定期对质量现状的评价分析，对过程文件有效性或实施过程进行审核、维护、更新,并定期评估质量控制系统现状，提出改进建议.Through the analysis of quality status, maintain ,audit and update the process control documents and their implementation, work out the proposal of quality improvement


• 
  根据质量控制系统要求，对相关人员进行定期培训。Base on quality control system requirements; conduct quality training for related team.


• 
  积极参与新项目的开发，并对项目开发阶段的质量问题提供解决方案。Actively involved in project development, provide the solution for the quality problem found during project development.


• 
  对顾客要求或质量投诉，组织或支持相关部门实施改进措施并跟进监督。Support the corrective and preventive actions needed for customer requirements and complaints, and monitor their implementation in plant.

  

Job Requirements工作要求

• 
  本科及以上学历，Bachelor degree or above


• 
  大学英语4级以上，English: CET4 or above


• 
  办公自动操作知识Good knowledge of MS-office


• 
  三年以上相关工作经验over 3-years of related experience


• 
  接受数理统计知识教育，包括质量工具的运用，例如：“质量工程师”资格可以作为佐证Knowledge of statistician, know how to use quality tools, have related certification for Quality engineer.


• 
  熟悉质量管理基本手法Familiar basic quality management method.


• 
  熟悉汽车行业质量体系者优先Familiar quality system of auto industry is preferred


• 
  至少2年或以上工业企业现场质量工作经验，过程及产品评审经验Over 2 years of plant quality management, process and produce audit experience in Industrial corporation.


• 
  组织、沟通能力和团队合作精神Good organizing, communication skill and team work spirit.
