圣戈班中硝安全玻璃（青岛）有限公司成立于2011年6月，占地总面积达50000平方米，建筑面积36000平米，计划投资4.3亿人民币。项目建成后共有4条流水线，年产150万套汽车玻璃。公司目前的主要产品有汽车前挡风玻璃、后挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃，面向北京现代、长城等多家知名汽车品牌供应安全玻璃。

  Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• 
  根据公司发布的文件和标准要求实施进货、过程的来料抽样检验和审核


• 
  Perform the sample inspect during incoming, process according to the requirements of company documents, WI and standards.


• 
  根据文件要求完成保存检验记录和报告，就检验结果进行原始质量信息收集、质量统计，提出改进建议


• 
  Finish the quality inspection report and keep the quality records well according to documented requirements. Collect ,analysis the quality inspection data and raise the suggestion when necessary


• 
  处理来料检验和生产线发现的不合格原材料


• 
  Treat the non-conforming raw materials reported during incoming inspection and on line

Saint-Gobain Sekurit, as part of the Saint-Gobain group, is one of the biggest automotive glass solution providers worldwide. Saint-Gobain Sekurit China will establish its third Chinese automotive glass plant in Qingdao, close to the Group’s float glass plant.

The first line of Qingdao plant will start production in the middle of 2012.
