Recruitment Position
Department: Americas, Global Sourcing China
Position: SQE
Working Location:Qingdao, China
Essential function / responsibility
- Fully in charge of PAP (Part Approval Process) for assigned commodities (FAI, PSI)
- Assigned commodities: FRP parts. GRP parts and mechanical parts
- Initiate and follow up the problem solving activities with suppliers
- Drive Quality Process Control for continuous improvement of the quality performance level at suppliers
- Feedback to system engineer and Supply management about all the technical issues and NCRs occurring at supplier site and propose potential solutions
- Support to special processes audit at suppliers
- Support to project execution
- Issue report after each mission and back-up all the information needed
Qualification / Requirements
·At least 5 years working experience as Engineer with technical background in relevant commodity (FRP, GRP, Mechanical products)
·Industrial background and railway background will be an asset
·Microsoft office proficiency
·Capacity to read, understand and challenge technical drawings
·Strong problem solving approach and communication skills
·Chinese language as mother language, Fluent English Language (written and verbal) is required
