Job responsibility
负责工厂生产工作的组织和开展：
Be responsible for the production organization:
1） 负责工厂内的组织划分，人员配置，人员培训；
1) Be responsible for the organization of the factory, personnel allocation and personnel training;
2）根据订单安排合理的计划，组织生产；
2) Make the reasonable plan and organize the product according to the production order
3）定期组织召开生产周例会，讨论解决生产中存在的问题；
3) Organize production weekly meeting, discuss to solve the problems existing in the production;
4）执行生产过程中的人员管理；
4) Manage the staff who works in the production
5）负责对下级生产管理人员的考评。
5) Be responsible for the assessment of a lower level production management personnel
生产安全管理：
Production safety management:
1） 认真执行上级有关安全生产劳动保护的规章制度；
1) Seriously execute the rules and regulations on safe production and labor protection;
2） 检查作业环境、生产设备的辅助设施，确保符合安全规程要求；
2) Check the working environment, the production equipment of auxiliary facilities, ensure compliance with safety rules requirements;
1、 监督安全生产操作规范执行；
1、Supervision of production safety operation specification
2、 根据生产经营需要的其他工作。

任职要求
Job specification
1、 男性，大专学历；
1、Male，higher diploma
2、实木家具企业五年以上的同岗位生产管理经验；
2 、More than five years in the same position of production management experience in real wood furniture enterprises
3 、具备100人以上的团队管理经验；
3、With team management experience of more than 100 people
4、良好的沟通协调能力；
4、Good communication and coordination ability
5 、具备英语基本会话交流者优先考虑。
5、Basic conversational English communication is preferred.
