JOB DESCRIPTION 工作描述

1. Interact with mechanical engineers to define the close link between PCB layout and mechanical design. Work closely with electronic hardware engineers to develop schematic, component placement and routing of complex, high density PCB assemblies based on industrial design guidelines or standards. 　 　

2. Work closely with external PCB and PCBA manufacturers to enhance product design for 　

manufacturability. Create final package used by manufacturing.

　 　

3. Generate components for part library in Cadence system based on their specification. Manage component part library, working closely with remote team to ensure synchronization of part library. 　 　 　 　 　 　 　

4. Remain current on technology related to PCB design processes and tools. Suggest changes to current processes to improve productivity and quality. 　

　 　

5. Effectively interact with local and remote teams to complete design projects. Ability to be a team player, able to listen and to discuss solutions with other members that contribute to deliver good quality product. 　

　

REQUIREMENTS 要求

Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 　 　 　 　 　

Minimum 5 years experience with power control PCB layout background. Preference will be given to candidate who has extensive experience on Cadence PCB design solutions.

　 　 　

Language: Good communication skills in verbal and written English. Strong knowledge of EMC principles and apply to component placement and PCB layout. Solid knowledge of PCB material and board fabrication process. 　

Knowledge of agencies such as CSA/UL/CE compliance. Be a team player, resourceful and works well under pressure.
