Responsibilty (工作职责)

1. Supplier research and development to keep cost competitive, cost analysis to assure to understand the cost structure very well and accomplish the cost reduction goal. 　

　 　 　

2. Work with internal department to keep supplier's good perforemence, such as delivery schedule, quality issues improved, new project support. 　 　 　

　 　 　 　 　 　

3. Support new projects' development with project team inculding technology, quality , business and so on. Make sure tooling, samples, ROHS,test on schedule as requirement.　 　 　

4. Collect valuable information from suppliers and market to support organization's sourcing supplier development strategy and purchsing plan. 　 　 　

　 　 　 　 　

5. Follow up contract , tooling status update and complete other missions on his/her own that

manager or leader assign.

　

REQUIREMENTS （岗位要求）

1. Bachelor degree, major of mechanical and electrical integration preferred

2. More than two years work experience in sourcing or supplier development, this year's graduates can be accepted if strong ability and excellent

3. Be willing to communicate internally and externally; desire to do better in job, ethic; can foucs on own responsibility,initiative and quick response and done as schedule; english communication skill is required
