专业知识：人力资源管理师证，熟悉商业物业运作模式。


岗位说明：
1、了解国家、地方劳动人事工作方针、政策及规定，建立、健全项目人事、行政等方面的规章制度及办事流程；
2、负责公司薪酬福利管理、员工培训、绩效考核、人员调动、奖惩等管理工作，并制定相关政策和制度；
3、每月负责审核项目处员工工资、福利报表、劳动月报等工作；
4、协助总经理处理员工问题，及时调解员工与公司之间的劳资纠纷；
5、策划、组织项目处员工活动，积极宣传公司理念与文化，营造良好团队氛围；
6、负责人力资源、行政费用的年度预算编制及执行工作，有效的控制人工成本及行政支出；
7、建立完善项目人事、行政工作流程及制度；负责监督项目内各类管理制度、规定、流程标准的执行情况，并整理相关报告提交总经理审阅；
8、制订并执行本部门年、月度工作计划及项目年度工作总结汇总工作；
9、指导项目各部门完成日常档案归档工作；
10、指导并组织实施项目日常招投标管理、日常采购、仓库管理、证照审核等行政管理工作。
