岗位说明：
1.严格遵守购物中心各项规章制度，严守值班岗位，并做好设备档案维修记录；
2.熟练掌握购物中心制冷设备的原理，维修保质、快速；
3.负责完成所管辖设备的检修计划，设备及管路部件开良好，运行正常；
4.日常工作安排，维修、处理事故、维修记录及时；
5.负责购物中心中央空调、分体空调运行、维修、保养，每季度对中央空调机房进行检查和维修。
6.熟悉掌握各种管道走线，保证水、气、上下水畅通，设备设施完好；
7.保管好维修工具和设备，做到工具齐全、设备完好，帐物相符；
8.每班对设备进行擦拭，保证清洁卫生；
9.负责对租户的装修工作进行验收。

MIRA currently manages a PRC entity (Owner) which in turn owns a shopping centre in Qingdao. A Chief Property Manager for the shopping centre is being sought.
