岗位说明：
1.向物业管理处客服经理负责，严格执行管理处的各项规定和制度，并积极向客服经理提供自己合理有效的建议，协助做好员工监督、检查、考核工作；
2.配合提供促销活动商户信息；
3.热情接待顾客，回答顾客的咨询；处理顾客投诉；
4.为顾客广播寻人、寻物；
5.负责电话的接听和记录，特别是顾客的建议要及时反馈处理意见；
6.保持服务台的清洁工作；
7.负责一些促销活动的奖品和赠品的收货，盘点，发放等工作。
