2、从业资格：财务会计、金融、财务管理等相关专业，中级会计师及以上资格；
3、工作经验：5年以上工作经验，3年以上商业项目设施设备管理经验。
4、知识技能：能够对英文报表进行分析、熟练应用财务电算化软件、OFFICE办公软件；
5、专业能力：熟悉国际会计准则、财务管理、金融、法律知识；熟悉银行、税收、企业内部流程控制等方面的工作流程；具备较强的管理和组织协调能力及优秀的分析问题的能力；具备财务风险观念；
7、个人素质：为人正直，品行端正，有良好的协调协作能力、亲和力、学习能力和困难承受能力，高度的责任心，敬业精神和团队精神。

岗位说明：
1.根据财务系统报表数据编制月度内部管理报表；
2.根据实际情况按照业主方的要求修改月度内部管理报表；
3.根据业主方要求，每周编制周报告英文版，并及时与财务经理讨论完善周报告格式，确保数据分析的有效性、及时性和准确性；
4.根据业主方要求每月完成月度报告英文版。确保数据分析的有效性、及时性和准确性；
5.每月完成费用分析报告，按部门进行费用实际与预算的分析，并提供各部门作为费用控制依据；
6.根据业主方要求，根据系统销售、租金、物业费等各类数据，分业态，分楼层进行销售平效，租金收取情，物业费收取情况等分析；
7.根据业主方时间安排，以各年度历史数据及未来的经营计划为依据，配合财务经理完成年度预算的编制。并根据需要进行相应调整；
8.根据政府要求按月或按季提报统计报表数据，并报财务经理审核无误后，上报统计系统；
9.业主方交办的其他临时分析及预算报告的编制事宜；
10.财务经理交办的其他事宜。
