1.执行访客进出登记流程；确保办公区的安全整洁，及时和相关部门沟通、解决发现的问题，重大问题报告给组长；
2.向访客提供一级服务，并帮助他们解决问题；
3.处理信件、包裹；
4.协助处理办公室费用及日常、行政工作管理；
5.负责接听/接待任何至物业管理处的投诉、查询电话及拜访人员，做到认真负责，态度热情，优质服务；
6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
性 别：女。
