岗位职责：
1、完成店铺总体生意目标（销售目标和毛利目标）；
2、店铺的管理（控制店铺存货，根据陈列要求和顾客需要，定立适当的货品摆位，以及适当调配货品）；
3、推动店铺提供卓越服务；
4、店铺内的人员管理并带领店铺同事有效提升顾客服务质素，完成公司年度业务目标。
任职条件：
1、5年或以上零售经验，具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳；
2、具备较强领导能力、组织协调能力、执行能力和良好的人际关系处理能力；
3、有销售数据分析及处理能力；
4、具有良好的表达及沟通能力；
5、掌握基本电脑操作和财务知识；
6、中英语表达流利；
7、有高度责任心和敬业精神，敢于面对挑战任。
