-Serving existing customers

-Identify new market opportunities and account expansion.
开发新客户，收集整理市场信息
-Able to generate quotation and makes recommendation to customers.

-Good judgment and ability to develop a good sense of customer service.

-Follow up and fulfil customer sales and technical inquires.
积极跟进销售及技术咨询
-Conducting client visits and product presentations.
拜访客户及产品演示
-Gather and feedback market demands and competitors info
针对公司产品收集并反馈市场相关数据
-Exhibition preparation and participation.
负责区域内展会。包括前期准备工作，展会中客户接洽及撤展工作
-The Area Sales Manager is responsible for Urschel machinery start-up and able to perform product testing and demonstration in the Shanghai test lab facility.
负责区域内新设备安装，能独立完成产品测试。
-The individual must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, interpersonal and organization skills.
具有较强的机械能力，人际关系佳; 待人诚恳与懂得应对进退者
-Occasional regional travel will be required.
不定期出差，吃苦耐劳
-Able to develop sales plan and meet sales target. Able to plan and schedule regular visit to customers.
针对公司给予业务目标，提出并拟定销售计划，做定期区域性或同性质客户群拜访等

Requirements: 任职资格
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering
机械/机电自动化专业
-Min 5 years working experience
5年及以上工作经验
-Food Industry related experience is preferable
食品加工相关行业优先考虑
-Sales experience with direct customer.
具有直接客户销售经验
-Possess car driving license.
具有驾车执照
-Good command of English.
良好的英文能听，说，读，写能力
-Outgoing, strong communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player.
性格开朗，具有较强的沟通能力及良好的人际关系处理能力, 具有团队合作精神。
-Able to work under sales target stress.
能够承受工作压力和销售指标
-Able to operate MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
熟练应用电脑，办公软件如word,Excel及Powerpoint.
