Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

·Process bank accounts opening / closing, updating bank signatures

银行账户的开立关闭及银行信息的更新

·Perform payment on e-banking system，cheque payment and process foreign currency payment

网银,支票及外币付款

·Prepare documents for foreign currency payment to tax authority approval

准备外币付款税务所需相关资料

·Cash count in timely manner, cash management and cheque management to ensure compliance with company policy.

现金盘点,现金管理及支票管理符合公司规定

·Register and update information of intercompany loan in SAFE in timely manner

及时在外管局登记及更新关联公司贷款相关信息

·Fixed assets management including book fixed assets in ERP system，run depreciation and drive fix asset count on yearly basis

固定资产管理，包括在系统中登记固定资产，计算折旧及组织固定资产年度盘点

· Issue VAT invoice to customer; VAT invoice management including VAT invoice purchasing, binding and filing

开具增值税发票，增值税发票的购买，装订和保管

·Perform accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles

每月对所负责的所有科目进行核对整理

· Perform related closing activities in order to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner

负责相关的月结工作确保月结工作准确及时完成

Education and/or Experience:

教育背景/工作经历：

·Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting

会计学本科以上学历

·More than 2 years related experience in a global environment with a mid-sized company

2年以上外企工作经验

·Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user

熟练操作MS Office, 熟悉ERP

·Knowledge and experience of PRC GAAP and IFRS

具备中国会计准则及国际会计准则知识

·Knowledge of TS16949、18001 and ISO14001

了解TS16949标准、18001和ISO14001标准的基本知识
