岗位职责Responsibilities:
1.To analyse engineering data and define the manufacturing process and release relevant documents;
分析工程设计的图纸及其他技术资料定义牵引电机制造流程并释放所有工艺文件；
2.To independently finish MBOM and inport the data to ERP accoridng to drawings, afterwards be responsible for updating and maintenance of it.
分析工程设计的图纸及其他技术资料及时完成MBOM同时录入ERP系统，并负责其日常的更新维护工作；
3.Lead manufacturing of prototypes, first units (validate Engineering data, manufacturing methods, tooling & fixture, standard hours, monitor actual hours) and training new employees;
指导样车或首件产品（确认工程数据，制造方法，工具和工装，标准作业时间并监测实际作业时间）以及培训新员工；
4.To be responsible to communicate and discuss with European engineers base on the problems related with engineering.
负责就生产上碰到的有关工程设计方面的问题与欧洲工程师沟通；
5.To train the workers and other method engineers about the motor design principle and method and special manufacturing knowledge. To support trouble shooting through using the knowledge;
负责对车间员工及其他工艺人员培训有关电机的设计原理、方法及专有制造工艺知识，在问题解决过程中提供该类知识方面的支持；
6.In charge of related HSE&BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE和BOS体系中的有关职责
7.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

岗位要求Qualification:
1.Electrical or mechanical engineering, Motor engineering is preferable
机电工程类专业，电机专业背景优先
2.At least 3 years motor design or manufacturing experiences, traction motor experience is preferable
至少3年以上电机设计或者工艺类工作经验，有牵引电机方面经验的优先。
3.Good English in reading and writing, Good spoken English is preferable
英语读写能力良好，英语口语良好者优先
4.At least be proficient at Autocad in both 2D and 3D, Good MS office skill.
至少精通Autocad 2D和3D的设计应用, 良好的Office软件应用技能。
