Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for HR Department filing issues, support HR department to reach the service goal to the customers.
Supervision Received:

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources or Administration preferred
Previous 1 year's secretarial or administrative experience preferred
Good written and oral English
Skills:
Good at organizing daily work
Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet
Fast learning skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team spirit
Knowledge:
Knowledge of administrative work
Responsibilities:
Set up new employees personnel files and file in personnel related document to ensure the completeness and accuracy in a timely manner
Assist with new staff on board process which includes but not limited to name badges preparation, photograph taking, staff locker assignment, contract sign up progress follow up, etc.
Process business cards application by liaising with central supply department and the departments/clinics in need
Prepare monthly birthday gifts and cards, and distribute gifts, and finalize the payment with the vendor
Maintain office supplies and stationary
Non contractual document control
Help with inter-facility business trip, e.g. transportation booking and hotel reservation
Coordinate with HR Compliance Officer with HR documents compliance according to JCI requirement
Department payment issue follow up
Other office administration duties as assigned
