Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to support continuous and focused improvement activities via implementingthe new process development viaapplying Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Increase the knowledge of the operators, engineers about Lean Six Sigmabasics (5S, VSM, TPM, 6σ, etc.). Good communication & negotiation skills are required.

Knowledge and Skills required:
1.Experience on Lean / Six Sigma concepts, experience on implementing LSS projects
2.LSS Black Belt Certificate
3.Complete at least 2 Black Belt Projects
4.At least 3 years relevant to project experience. Automotive Industry workingexperience is preferred.
5.B.S degreeinIndustrial Engineering (Preferably)
6.Fully conversant with GMP and ISO9000 quality standards.
7.Good English writing / speakingare required.
8.Experience in working plan and timing management.
9.Good conflict management skill.

Principle Job Accountabilities:
1.Detail understanding of TPM concept, pillars
2.Detail understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Philosophy (To be able to train operators, engineers) (5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, Problem Solving Techniques, ABC Analyses)
3.Ensure Lean / Six Sigma concept and ideas are understood by relevant personnel.
4.Ensure TPM principles are established for Operations and Maintenance Teams.
5.Working with technical/production departments to delivery modification of current equipment, new product development and Focused / Continuous Improvement activities.
6.Implement Black Belt projectswithin its scope and budget.
7.Preparing proper / detailed training documents / presentations for Lean Six Sigma topics
8.Cross function support.
9.Communicate findings to relevant management team to gain support and resources.
10.Ensure equipment and people are in safety environment during project implement.
11.Ensure design and installation has no any potential injured risk.
12.Cooperation with specialists from suppliers or other units to setup/upgrade production line.
13.Track and formally report improvement projects, to include all expenditure, key achievement, milestone via living updating during projected life.
14.Understands environmental and health and safety policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures staffs are trained regarding environmental and health and safety work instructions and policies. Monitors staff to ensure compliance.
