Overall Purpose of Job:

Major Responsibilities:

? Analyze and optimize the existing process flow and material presentation

? Establish Work Instruction and Flow Chart

? Design the production tools and configure the production equipment accordingly;

? Provide technical support and trouble shooting for current operations

? Training workers to improve skill and knowledge

? Make the root cause analysis in case of assembly failure and advance proper solution

? Aligned working with engineering department to update the document/drawing based on new release versions

? Assist in making the production line layout

? Develop and implement plans to support lean manufacturing

? Confirm QC feedback and take action to improve

Key Competencies:

?Experience in developing facilities for assembly/production lines

?Good knowledge for mechanical machines and measurement tools

? Good understanding and experience in production line, specially for drive system assembly line, such as axle, transmission and drive units

? Good process design, implementation and improvement skill

? Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Mistake-Proofing and ergonomic

? Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Strategy is preferred

? Skilled for production tools design and equipment configuration

? Well application of AutoCAD and Pro-E software

? Good English skills in written or oral English

? Strong self-motivated and team spirit

Education and Experience:

? Bachelor degree of mechanical and engineering field or equivalent

? At least 5 years working experience in process department of industrial production factory, the multinational company will be better
