Accountant-Entry responsibilities


？ Supervision of Accounts receivable for the correctness, timelines and completeness. 监督应收账款的准确性，及时性和完整性。
？ Generating the billing from ERP system; Coordinate with sales and logistic staff to push the AR collection.
在ERP 系统生成AR，协调销售和物料人员，保证应收账款及时回收。
？ Reconciling the booking value with the customers monthly, work together with sales team clarifying and solving the disputes by communicating with external and internal parties;
每月和客户对账，并和销售人员一起澄清和解决内部、外部的争议。
？ Preparing the accounting journals related to collection in systems, and book the transaction related sales and cogs in UFIDA system, reconciling AR and sales in the two systems.
在系统中记录收款，核算销售，结转销售成本，在系统中进行对账。
？ Invoice management, issuing, posting and tracking VAT invoices to customers after confirmation.
发票管理，经客户确认出货信息后开票，记录、追踪增值税发票。
？ Reconciling the tax invoices with final invoices in ERP；
增值税发票与ERP 系统进行核对。
？ Prepare export and import documentations, supervision its correctness, timelines from logistic.
准备进口和出口资料，并监督物料人员提供资料的准确性。
？ Declare tax refund, resolve the related issues. Well communicate to tax refund people for tax refund collection.
申报出口退税，与退税人员及时沟通保证退税的及时回收。
？ Dealing with the other affairs related to Finance
其他关于财务的事务。


Qualification Requirement
？ College degree and above with major in accounting or finance;
财务专业大学本科毕业。
？ Familiar with tax refund declaration regulations.
熟悉出口退税政策
？ Good learning ability, ability to work independently.
良好的学习，独立工作的能力。
？ More than three years manufacturing working experience
三年以上制造业工作经验。
？ Good command of English language skills in writing and reading.
英语读写流利。
