Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

· Base on the sales forecast and orders to make the material requirement planning as per production schedule.

· Send the material requirement planning to buyer for releasing purchase order and ensure material on-time delivery.

· Responsible for rough production plan as per week.

· Contact with Production and Material team to ensure planning coming true.

· Review inventory on regular basis, control inventory level.

· Maintain and update regularly data in ERP.

· Responsible for material risk assessment in order to avoid shortage.

· Keep close communication with EJT, Production & Financial team in company.

· Finish various duties assigned by manager.

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in English.

· 5 years professional experience of manufacturing planning function in multinational companies.

· Good business communication skill in English.

· Excellence in MS office, especially Excel.

· Proficient in ERP system, SAP or Citrix environment.

· Good learning and analytic skill.

· Able to work under pressure.

· Strong initiative in work and good communication and coordinating ability.

Other Skills and Abilities:

· Basic knowledge on TS16949/OHSAS18001/ISO14001.

· Get the Logistics Manager Certificate.

· MMOG & Formal-Q knowledge.
