Responsibilities:
To perform compliance audit check on China-only employee expense reimbursements in a timely and consistent manner including:
-Assess the adequacy of supporting documents against policy and procedures
-Map supporting documents to expenses claimed and
-Check authenticity of the invoices
-Review signs of fake POS slips and order slips

The specific audit content covers policy compliance checks and invoice authenticity checks. Besides audit work, audit specialists are expected to approach employees to question any questionable or suspicious claims and also communicate the audit findings.

Capability and skill-sets：
Proven track record and strong capability in pharmaceutical compliance and basic fraud detection
In-depth understanding of the complexity of China healthcare
Audit specialists are expected have strong finance or accounting background with minimum 3-years’ experience on employee reimbursement audit

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent with finance related major
English CET4/6
