Job Description:
1/ Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales territory
2/ Develop business in the assigned territory to achieve the validated sales target
3/ Propose sales plan and report to Regional Sales manager.
4/ To identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers
5/Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
6/Cooperate positively with regional trade lane managers and be responsible for trade lane development in the assigned territory
7/ Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of TOLL standardized products to customers
8/ Share information and input sales report timely using EDI / TOLL VIEW
9/Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
10/ Generate and follow up the sales lead from/to TOLL network aggressively.
Job Requirements:
1/ College degree or above
2/ Have more than 3 years experience in logistics, have kind of stable customer resource
3/ Be fluent in reading/writing/ speaking english, be good at organizing and communication, have good team spirit.
