Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Rapid response to customer service repair order and timely solve the problems (warranty period or not).
快速响应客户的维修服务订单请求和及时解决问题（质保期与非质保期）；
2. Customer maintains service within warranty.
质保期内的客户维修服务；
3. Office daily work, including customer data collection and daily work record
办事处日常工作，包含客户资料整理及日常工作记录等；
4. Maintain good relationship with old customers.
客户关系维护。

Requirements:
1.Major in mechanical and electrical, more than 3 years working experience in relevant industry, with robot programming experience is preffered.
机电一体化专业，相关行业3年以上工作经验，有工业机器人使用或调试经验更好；
2.With low voltage electrician certificate, could read mechanical and electrical drawings , familiar with hydraulic system and equipment is preferred.
有低压电工证，能看懂的机械和电气图纸,熟悉液压系统及设备优先考虑；
3.Could use English communicate, use office software skillfully, such as EXCEL, Word, Powerpoint.
英语能交流，会使用办公软件，如EXCEL, Word,Powerpoint；
4.With C1 driver's license.
有C1驾驶证。
