职位描述
主要职责:
1、根据公司和部门经营的组织诊断,提供高层管理人员和相关部门组织的改进方案、实施细则,有效提高组织的效率;
2、设计组织和并适时的根据业务发展对组织进行改进;
3、继任管理建立和完善继任管理工具和促进继任管理和能力的发展过程。保证公司关键岗位的继任者有完善的机制和体系;
4、推动并参与组织的变革;
5、组织发展的各类项目管理及实施细则;
要求:
1、主导过公司的组织诊断、组织设计,规划和执行等组织发展相关工作;
2、至少8年以上组织开发,组织设计、组织改进提效等组织发展相关工作经验;
3、在组织发展,绩效管理,员工发展,招聘管理和领导能力等人力专员模块擅长者优先;
4、良好的人际关系和沟通技巧;
5、有较强的适应性和抗议能力;
6、本科及以上学历,可以熟练操作Office;
7、流利的中文和英文口头和书面表达;
Main responsibilities:
1. Organizational diagnosis according to the company and department business operation. To provide organization improvement solution to top management and related department. Then to implement detail action strongly to improve efficiency of the organization.
2. To design organization and post according to business development and process improvement.
3. To update timely organization structure and post description with the business development.
4. Succession management. To build and improve succession management tool and facilitate the succession management and competency development process. To guarantee successor prepared for the key post in the company.
5. To drive Change management process with the organization adjustment.
6. Project management of various OD projects. Responsible from start to finish i.e. project scoping, implementation plans, communication, execution and measurements.
Requirements:
1. Competent in organizational diagnosis demonstrated through development of organizational design, planning and execution.
2. At least 8 years experience in Organization Development, process improvement or people development.
3. Having good understanding in Organization Development, Performance Management, people development, Recruitment Management and leadership development will be plus.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Can-do attitude, Ability to work independently under pressure with aggressive deadlines.
6. Master's Degree in HR, Psychology, management, manufacturing industry or related ,able to operate MS Office.
7. Both fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
