岗位说明：
1.全面管理仓库物料收发保管工作；
2.熟悉保管物资的基本特性、使用功能、保管知识、规格用途、存放期限；
3.负责备品备件、工具材料和安全用具的领用，保管工作，建立材料领用记录簿和工具、清册，领用手续清楚，余额正确；
4.负责制定备品备件，材料计划，按时上报；
5.保证备品备件存放安全、清洁，各类备品备件均应按标签定置存放整齐；
6.负责变电站各种规格的一、二次熔断器备品的分类，以及各种指示灯泡和照明灯泡备品的分类，对易耗的备品备件应提前备足；
7.负责变电站的各类公用工具保管、健全、定期检查，对缺少或损坏的公用工具应及时领取领料单更换；
8.对工程部库房内的公用仪表、仪器应每月定期检查，不合格的仪表、仪器，应立即停止使用，并报告工程主管；
9.仓库按物品编号划分存放区域，物品根据其存放条件及编号，有条理地存放于仓库内；
10.严格审查物品的领用手续，审核无误后开具领料单，由领料人签字；
11.做好各项回收物资材料的保管、核销工作；
12.根据《入库单》、《领料单》，按库存材料的类别、品名、规格设置库存材料明细及库存材料卡片，按日逐笔记录，序时地反映各种材料收入、发出、库存的实际数量，记入《仓库明细帐》，定期核查物品存量；
13.每月末进行资产库存的盘点，做到帐实相符，盘点中发现有盘盈、盘亏及损坏等情况应查明原因并及时报告各部门经理及财务部。情况严重时，应及时报告物业总经理；
14.仓库内严禁堆放易燃易爆、有毒物品；
15.做好仓库的整理工作，保持仓库环境的清洁文明、各种物资存放整齐；
16.完成领导交办的其他工作。
