年龄限定：30~45岁之间。
教育程度：大学专科以上学历。
身体状况：健康，无残疾、无传染病。
语言要求：中文表述、书写流利，良好的沟通能力。
工作经验：6年以上安保消防从业经历，4年以上商业项目同等岗位工作经验。
专业知识：熟悉商业物业运作模式。持物业管理企业经理上岗、消防资格证优先。


岗位说明：
1、了解国家、地方安全治安工作方针、政策及规定，熟悉主管部门办事流程；
2、熟悉商业项目二装管理流程、商业项目安全、消防证照申办流程及正常运营状态下的安防重点；
3、建立、健全项目安保、消防、应急等各项流程、规章制度；
4、负责部门员工培训、绩效考核、人员调动、奖惩等管理工作，并修订完善相关流程标准和管理制度；
5、定期协同当地消防主管部门组织员工、商户进行安全消防培训及演练；
6、与区域政府、公安、消防部门保持密切的联系。配合公安机关、国家安全机关及其他执法机关，对违法犯罪行为进行打击；
7、维护项目内员工、商户、顾客的人身财产权利不受损害，及时处理各类突发治安和消防事件；
8、负责拟定安全工作计划并予以实施考核，定期上报总经理审阅；
9、负责各类安全消防设施设备的运行工作；
10、对保安公司的服务进行日常监管及月度评估，并提交评估报告。
