岗位说明：
1.保管市场推广部物品并及时更新各物品的库存情况报表；
2.协助策划、组织商场各商户的推广、宣传活动，并协助完成对外市场活动筹划及对合作单位的沟通工作；
3.市场咨讯的收集与调研，针对性的协助市场推广经理制定推广方案；
4.协助市场推广经理针对特定的目标客户做市场调查，包括问卷收集及反馈的信息收集；
5.完善项目市场推广所需各种资料；商场停车券、代金券的保管及发放；
6.配合更新公司对外和对内的相关宣传资料；
7.商业广场会员卡的发放、会员管理及客户关系的维护；
8.商业广场各项推广活动的策划及执行；
9.负责调研在租商户的促销、优惠等活动需求、并协助经理策划与实施；
10.收集同一业态的调查、资料整理和分析，形成书面报告；
11.负责与各媒体单位的沟通，保持长期的良好合作关系；
12.协助经理进行广告位的租赁、管理，与目标客户进行洽谈；
13.跟进广告位租凭的公司报文进度及反馈意见；
14.协助经理对商业项目所属广告位、外摆进行拓展和深化；
15.完成领导及业主方市场部交办的其他工作。

MIRA currently manages a PRC entity (Owner) which in turn owns a shopping centre in Qingdao. A Chief Property Manager for the shopping centre is being sought.
