岗位说明：
1.贯彻执行经理下达的各项指令，负责运行班组的日常工作；
2.系统地掌握主要设备运行技术状况，技术数据和技术档案，发现问题及时组织人员解决处理，同时时汇报给上级，绝对禁止机器带病运行；
3.向组织人员立即进行现场处理，并将处理情况及时报告经理；
4..督促和检查各班组应按期完成设备维修保养，制定备件的购进计划；
5..掌握水、电、气消耗情况，每天登记设备运行能源消耗，每月进行能源消耗统计；
6.在主管的领导下，全面负责购物中心天花、地面、防水等土建装饰的维修维护；
7.完成领导交办的其他工作。
