专业知识：熟悉商业物业运作模式

岗位说明：
1.负责跟进业户有关清洁方面的要求和意见，不断改进清洁卫生条件，解决客户对清洁方面的投诉；
2.按保洁经理指示，制定清洁工作计划、清洁工作标准、工作时间表，并安排属下的工作，经常的检查和落实；
3.了解保洁公司人员使用的各类机器、工具和保洁剂及操作规程；
4.确保公共区域的清洁卫生，提高全面的清洁服务；
5.熟悉绿化摆放品种、数量、位置等详细情况；
6.严格控制消耗品和清洁剂的发放和消耗，努力降低成本费用；
7.协助保洁经理检查保洁公司、绿化公司、灭虫公司员工仪表仪容、劳动纪律和工作质量，定时不定时检查保洁工作质量、绿化状态及虫害控制情况，及时发现掌握保洁、绿化、虫控工作存在问题，并要求保洁、绿化、虫控公司采取改进措施；
8.清洁、绿化、及灭虫巡视应做好巡视记录；
9.负责属下员工的清洁专业培训和品质教育，提高员工素质；
10.积极配合其他部门，完成管理处交给的其它任务；
11.完成领导交办的其他工作。
