工作经验：3年以上物业项目管理经历，2年以上商业项目同等岗位工作经验优先。
专业知识：保洁、绿化、虫控管理。

岗位说明：
1.制订本部门年度预算及年度、月度工作计划；
2.对外判保洁公司制订的保洁工作计划，包括保洁区域划分、人员调配、班次排定和工作考核等；
3.了解保洁公司人员使用的各类机器、工具和保洁剂及操作规程；
4.接受商户有关保洁、绿化、灭虫方面的意见和投诉，与保洁公司、绿化公司、灭虫公司沟通促使相关工作不断改进；
5.熟悉绿化摆放品种、数量、位置等详细情况；
6.了解绿化一般养护方法及绿化公司全年绿化养护计划，监督养护计划的执行过程并根据实际情况适时调整；
7.检查保洁公司、绿化公司、灭虫公司员工仪表仪容、劳动纪律和工作质量，定时不定时检查保洁工作质量、绿化状态及虫害控制情况，及时发现掌握保洁、绿化、虫控工作存在问题，并要求保洁、绿化、虫控公司采取改进措施；
8.制定、监督项目“开荒”计划执行过，并组织验收；
