Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in electrogenic industry in Qingdao.
Reporting line – Direct to General Manager.

Responsible for Passive, Active and Visual display RFID product working closely with it brother company in UK, USA and China. RF read range test in customer site, customized product design and test in factory to support sales growth quickly in China.

Responsibilities also include, budget, travel, product Introduction, and improvements to existing products and processes.

Skills/Qualifications:
·A minimum is a bachelor degree in Engineering
·Experience of 5 or more years in a manufacturing environment
·Experience of 3 or more years managing multiple projects in an engineering environment is
required
·Experience of 2 years or more in Reliability Testing

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
·Knowledge of RFID
·Fluent written & Oral Mandarin Chinese and English required
·Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel to customer sites and work overtime
·Good presentation , communication and coordination skill
·Strong problem analyzing and trouble shooting skills
·Quick responds to field requests with a sense of urgency
·Familiar with office software, especially with word, excel, ppt.

Responsibilities
·Responsible for customized product design development
·Responsible for new product RF and product life validation in Lab as customer need
·Responsible for field product test both in factory and customer site
·Responsible for product and equipment related training for both internal and external
customers
·Responsible for product and technology support on sales
·Responsible for product datasheet and technical documentation design
·Responsible for product application demo design and proceed with it in both internal and
external site.
·Responsible for customer service for product technology information communication
·Responsible for RFID project application design to support business and marketing development
